Avant l\u2019intervention, il est bon de suivre certains conseils:<br \/>\n\u2022 Assurez-vous d\u2019avoir communiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 votre praticien toutes les informations concernant votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et les \u00e9ventuels traitements suivis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Si vous prenez des antiaggr\u00e9gants (Aspirine\u00ae, Kardegic\u00ae, Plavix\u00ae\u2026), ne les arr\u00eatez pas mais re-signalez-le au praticien.<br \/>\n\u2022 La prise d\u2019anticoagulants doit \u00eatre signal\u00e9e car ils doivent parfois \u00eatre diminu\u00e9s ou stopp\u00e9s avec l\u2019accord du m\u00e9decin traitant.<br \/>\n\u2022 Certains m\u00e9dicaments contre l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose (les bisphosphonates) peuvent constituer une contre-indication absolue. Il est important d\u2019en informer le praticien.<br \/>\n\u2022 Le tabac est un ennemi de la chirurgie. Il ralentit le processus cicatriciel et diminue l\u2019apport de cellules de d\u00e9fense. Cela complique les suites op\u00e9ratoires. Quinze jours d\u2019arr\u00eat du tabac avant la date de la chirurgie diminuent de mani\u00e8re significative les effets.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 La veille de l\u2019intervention, couchez-vous t\u00f4t, mangez plut\u00f4t l\u00e9ger et \u00e9vitez une consommation excessive d\u2019alcool et de tabac.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pensez \u00e0 prendre les m\u00e9dicaments prescrits.<br \/>\n\u2022 Le matin, prenez un bon petit-d\u00e9jeuner, ne fumez pas .<br \/>\n\u2022 Si l\u2019intervention doit durer plus d\u2019une heure, pr\u00e9voyez de vous faire accompagner.<br \/>\n\u2022 Dans les cas de mise en charge imm\u00e9diate, vous allez rester au cabinet une partie de la journ\u00e9e pendant la r\u00e9alisation de la proth\u00e8se, vous pouvez amener avec vous des aliments liquides (yaourts\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 L\u2019anesth\u00e9sie locale est pratiqu\u00e9e dans le cabinet du praticien. Attention bien s\u00fbr aux sports de combat !<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Un \u0153d\u00e8me (gonflement) et\/ou un h\u00e9matome peuvent survenir d\u00e8s le lendemain. Ce sont des r\u00e9actions NORMALES et ne doivent pas vous inqui\u00e9ter. L\u2019\u0153d\u00e8me maximal est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9sent 72 heures apr\u00e8s l\u2019intervention. Ne dormez pas \u201c\u00e0 plat\u201d les 2 premi\u00e8res nuits, cela augmente l\u2019\u0153d\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Une douleur importante de type br\u00fblure suit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la chirurgie au moment o\u00f9 l\u2019anesth\u00e9sie est \u00e9limin\u00e9e. Elle dure de 15 \u00e0 20 minutes.<br \/>\n\u2022 La douleur peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente et doit \u00eatre combattue avec les antalgiques prescrits. En cas de douleurs importantes, on peut alterner du PARACETAMOL (Doliprane\u00ae) et l\u2019IBUPROFENE (Advil\u00ae) SANS D\u00c9PASSER la dose prescrite. Dans les cas o\u00f9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prescrits des analg\u00e9siques centraux (Ixprim\u00ae, Efferalgan cod\u00e9in\u00e9\u00ae\u2026) , ne conduisez-pas !<br \/>\n\u2022 La consommation de tabac augmente les douleurs post-op\u00e9ratoires.<br \/>\n\u2022 Si une fi\u00e8vre se d\u00e9clare dans la semaine suivant la chirurgie, contactez-nous.<br \/>\n\u2022 Un saignement mod\u00e9r\u00e9 peut se produire dans les 48 heures suivants l\u2019intervention, surtout s\u2019il y eu des extractions. Il doit \u00eatre combattu par une compression d\u2019au moins 5 minutes cons\u00e9cutives. Toute interruption de la compression annule ses effets. Si le saignement persiste ou s\u2019accentue, contactez-nous.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ne vous exposez pas au soleil de mani\u00e8re prolong\u00e9e.<br \/>\n\u2022 Vous pouvez vous baigner mais ne mettez la t\u00eate sous l\u2019 eau en piscine ou dans un bain chaud.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pr\u00e9venez nous si vous prenez l\u2019avion.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pas de plong\u00e9e apr\u00e8s une chirurgie, surtout au maxillaire.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ne vous mouchez pas apr\u00e8s une chirurgie sinusienne : risque de passage d\u2019air sous la peau. Le gonflement peut \u00eatre spectaculaire avec notamment un \u201ccr\u00e9pitement neigeux\u201d sous la peau. Dans ce cas, observez un repos strict et tout rentrera dans l\u2019ordre progressivement.<br \/>\n\u2022 En cas de chirurgie sinusienne ou de pose d\u2019implants zygomatiques ou sous sinusiens, un saignement de nez mod\u00e9r\u00e9 est fr\u00e9quent pendant 48 heures.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Honorez les consultations de suivi post-op\u00e9ratoire.<br \/>\n\u2022 Apr\u00e8s la pose des implants et la d\u00e9livrance de la proth\u00e8se, un contr\u00f4le, au minimum annuel, est INDISPENSABLE.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/header><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">#bklyn_btn_69e5b51f10b46 .bklyn-btn { border-radius:50px !important;
